I don’t know if I am the best to talk about Swedish Food because to be really honest with you, I MISS FRENCH FOOD. After my family and my horse, it is the thing that I really miss.

Swedish L-O-V-E SAUCE. But when I say sauce, it is not this delicate wine sauce, it is half of the crème fraiche bottle on your potatoes. So I always ask at the restaurant ” without sauce please” and they think it is SUPER strange.

Swedish meals :

• Köttbullar med potatis : it is meat balls with potatoes.
• Smörgåstårta: Sandwich with layer of cream and bread and shrimps
